When running the Mosaic To New Raster tool in ArcGIS Pro, the output raster unexpectedly has no attribute table.

Workaround

1. Run the Build Raster Attribute Table tool on the raster output from the Mosaic To New Raster tool.
   1. Note: Even though the Build Raster Attribute Table tool runs successfully, no attribute table is created for the raster due to BUG-000145990.
2. Run either the Export Raster or the Copy Raster tool on the raster that the Build Raster Attribute Table tool was run on in the previous step.
3. Notice that the output created from running either the Export Raster or the Copy Raster tool contains an attribute table.
