Bug
When publishing from ArcMap to ArcGIS Online with a service name that is contained within the name of an existing service, 'Upload Service Definition' fails with the following error, "Error 0011398: Service name already exists."

When sharing the service in ArcMap, use the option, 'Save a service definition file', to create the service definition locally before adding the service definition as an item in My Content and publishing the service. Or Publish from ArcSchritte zur Reproduzierung
