Bug
When publishing data in S-JTSK_Krovak_East_North with the S_JTSK_To_WGS_1984_1 transformation set in the data frame properties, the resulting feature service appears to use the S_JTSK_To_WGS_1984_NGA transformation instead.

Project the Houses layer to Web Mercator and specify S_JTSK_To_WGS_1984_1 as the geographic transformation in the Project tool, then publish the projected layer.Using the original data, set the data frame coordinate system to Web Mercator with the S_JTSK_To_WGS_1984_1 geographic transformation set, then publish.Schritte zur Reproduzierung
