Bug
When publishing a scene layer from ArcGIS Pro 3.4 to ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise, the symbology in the 2D feature layer corresponds to the 3D symbology, causing issues with the layer. An error message is displayed, and the features do not become visible, making it impossible to modify the 3D symbology that the layer attempts to load.

Feature layers in the 3D layers section of a scene will be published with 3D symbology when shared in a web scene. If a 3D layer and symbology is not desired, move it to 2D layers.Workaround
This issue does not occur when following the same workflow in ArcGIS Pro 3.3.
