Bug

When printing a MAP_ONLY georeferenced TIFF using the ExportWebMap Task, and the extent crosses the international dateline (±180°), the service injects a WKT-based custom projection with a shifted Central Meridian into the Web_Map_as_JSON. While the PDF output honors this WKT (producing the correct location), the TIFF output ignores it and defaults to WKID 3857 with Central_Meridian=0 in ArcGIS Pro, resulting in a misaligned location.
