Update March 22, 2021: The Portal for ArcGIS Security 2020 Update 2 Patch was re-released on March 22, 2021 to resolve BUG-000137920. The revised Portal for ArcGIS Security 2020 Update 2 Patch that includes a resolution for BUG-000137920 is now available for download on the support site. The URL is: https://support.esri.com/en/download/7837.Workaround
Portal for ArcGIS Security 2020 Update 2 Patch B is now live on the support site. These revised setups will install over the previously released patch however the Patch Notification tool is not able to report that a new, revised version has been installed. If you use the Patch Notification utility, please first uninstall the original patch and then run the PatchNotification utility to install this new, revised patch.
