When editing in ArcGIS Pro, dirty areas in versioned feature classes are not removed after a successful validation using the Validate Topology geoprocessing tool, which returns no errors.

Workaround

• Reconcile or post all versions.
• Achieve a full compress.
• Export the topology rules.
• Delete the topology (to remove the dirty areas from the table).
• Re-create the topology by importing the rules.
