When editing a feature service containing a parcel fabric, the Planarize tool runs indefinitely if line features' COGO attributes are populated.

Workaround
- If the feature service containing a parcel fabric is published to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.0 or 11.1, use ArcGIS Pro 3.1.x.
- If the feature service containing a parcel fabric is published to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2, remove the COGO attributes from the line features.
