When creating a survey using an existing feature service, ArcGIS Survey123 Connect does not load all feature services in the organization with a large number of services.

ArcGIS Survey123 Connect uses the ArcGIS REST API search resource to query the organizations feature services. The search resource is limited to 10,000 matches and does not return anything greater than 10,000 matches. Refer here https://developers.arcgis.com/rest/users-groups-and-items/search.htm for more information .Workaround
As an alternative, use a submission URL to point to an existing feature service. However, it is inconvenient to match the field name or types manually, especially if the feature service has a large number of fields.
