Bug
When adding web maps and layers to a project in ArcGIS Business Analyst, users are prompted for portal credentials if any of the web maps includes a non-public server service without stored credentials.

Thank you for reaching out to the team with this question. The prompt to sign in to access and load the secured service within the map is expected in this case. This behavior is handled the same way as in other ArcGIS Online applications. Please enter the required credentials to load the web map into the Business Analyst Web App.Workaround
Currently, canceling the pop-up returns the "The items you are trying to add can't be accessed." warning message, but users are still able to access Living Atlas data and other web maps. This can be confusing for users who do not realize the reason they are being prompted for their portal credentials and lead them to believe they can no longer access data like they could before.
