Zusätzliche Informationen

The issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2.

Workaround

Open Dev Tools, and click 'Save' when editing the domains. Copy the 'updateDefinition' parameter from the Form Data header, for example:

updateDefinition: {"fields":[{"name":"test","type":"esriFieldTypeInteger","alias":"test","editable":true,"nullable":true,"description":null,"domain":{"name":"Road debris reporter_test_72d8db1c-4b64-45b6-86a8-ecfe0e248607","type":"codedValue","codedValues":[{"code":1,"name":"mydomain"}]}}]}

Go to the Server admin endpoint of the feature service and select the 'updateDefinition' operation:

https://myportal.com/server/rest/admin/services/Hosted/Road_debris_reporter_102d529a746d4386afccac0ebae6e765/FeatureServer/0/updateDefinition

Paste the 'updateDefinition' string copied from the Form Data parameter and click Submit. This works fine, and the changes are reflected upon refreshing the Item Details page of the hosted feature layer.
