Bug
When adding an item description with an empty line between two paragraphs to a map document from the Map Document Properties dialog box, the item description formatting is not respected in the Item Details page after the map is published as a feature service.

1. Format the item description from the Catalog pane, save and publish the map document to ArcGIS Online.2.
