Bug

When a custom URL scheme to an existing survey is configured with an existing feature service in a web map and the web map is consumed in Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS, accessing the custom URL link containing the '&=center' parameter edits the link to read '¢er='. This causes the survey to be inaccessible in the Survey123 for ArcGIS app.
