This issue is no longer reproducible after the September 2016 update of ArcGIS Online.Workaround
Open the application in a private window (incognito mode), depending on the web browser used: A. In Google Chrome, from the Chrome customize and control menu, select 'New incognito window' (or use Ctrl + Shift + N), and access the application by the URL in the new window. B. In Mozilla Firefox, from the Firefox menu, select 'New Private Window' (or use Ctrl + Shift + P), and access the application by the URL in the new window. C. In Internet Explorer, go to the Internet Explorer settings menu > Safety > InPrivate Browsing (or use Ctrl + Shift + P), and access the application by the URL in the new window.Schritte zur Reproduzierung
