Using the Copy Rows tool with the Footprint table of a mosaic dataset as the input fails with an error when the output is a .txt file.

Workaround
In ArcMap 10.5.1:
1. Open the attribute table.
2. In the attribute table pane, open the Options Menu and select Export.
3. Specify the .txt file output location. The export runs successfully.
