Using ST_Transforms to convert a custom coordinate to World Imagery (WGS84) returns incorrect results.

Workaround

• Create a new empty feature class.
• Assign the feature class the coordinate system using the projection file created from the original feature class (NAD_1983_UTM_Zone_11N_USft.prj).
• Use Append geoprocessing tool to load data from the original feature class to new feature class.
