Some census block points, used in data apportionment, that fall extremely close to a trade area boundary (sub-1-inch in this case) can cause slight differences in the resulting values when comparing local to online data. When the point is very close to the boundary, even a slight decimal arithmetic difference between the server (Java) and the desktop (C++) can cause different results.
