Uploading an application zip file fails intermittently in Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS (Developer Edition) with the error message, "Error parsing server result."

Workaround

1. Open Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS (Developer Edition).
2. Create a new application and save the application.
3. Download the application by clicking the Download button. A zip file is downloaded on the computer.
4. Re-open Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS (Developer Edition).
5. Create a new application and note the application number.
6. Save the application.
7. Copy the content of downloaded application to the newly created application.
8. Open the newly saved application in Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS.
