Bug

Upgrading to ArcSDE 9.3.1 Service Pack 2 introduces a new Unique Index for the versioned feature class that contains GLOBALID, and creating one-way/two-way replicas fails with the following error: "Unique indexes can't be specified for multiversioned tables".

Workaround

- Delete the newly created Unique Index "UUID_OID_40" or set it as Non-Unique.See article: http://resources.arcgis.com/content/kbase?fa=articleShow&d=38089Also - this is fixed in the re-release of 9.3.1 SP2 and any QFE on top of it. The re-release can be found here:http://resources.arcgis.com/content/patches-and-service-packs?fa=viewPatch&PID=66&MetaID=1623
