Bug
Upgrading an 8.3 geodatabase to a 9.1 geodatabase causes the annotationclassid field (in an annotation feature class) to come up as null values. A user must populate the field manually (can not enter a default value in ArcCatalog). Without this field populated, a crash occurs when trying to edit the annotation feature class.
