First, follow the usual steps for uninstalling a patch on Linux: -Navigate to /arcgis/portal/.Setup/qfe -Run the removepatch.sh script to uninstall the patch Then change directory to /arcgis/portal/framework/etc -Run the agsportal.sh script with extractSetupZips as a parameter: ./agsportal.sh extractSetupZips For users with the Portal for ArcGIS 10.9.1 Security 2024 Update 2 Patch version A, which did not include the fix for this issue, the steps are: -Run a regular uninstall for this patch -Run the manual workaround above -Then apply the patch B: https://support.esri.com/en-us/patches-updates/2024/portal-for-arcgis-security-2024-update-2-patch

Workaround

Follow the usual steps for uninstalling a patch on Linux:

Navigate to /arcgis/portal/.Setup/qfe.
Run the removepatch.sh script to uninstall the patch.
Change directory to /arcgis/portal/framework/etc.
Run the agsportal.sh script with extractSetupZips as a parameter: ./agsportal.sh extractSetupZips

For users with the Portal for ArcGIS 10.9.1 Security 2024 Update 2 Patch version A, which did not include the fix for this issue, the steps are:

Run a regular uninstall for this patch.
