Unable to sync the distributed collaboration between ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise when the original user is deleted after changing the ownership of the group and content to a new user.

Workaround

For a new administrator who owns the newly transferred item(s), un-share the item(s) and re-share the item with the group. Thereby, creating a new replica owned by the currently assigned user.
