Unable to submit edited surveys from the ArcGIS Survey123 field app when connected to hosted feature layers with the 'Attributes only' option selected, even if the survey contains no geometry questions.

This is expected behavior in ArcGIS Survey123. According to the documentation, if the 'Attributes only' option is set on the feature layer to prevent updates to geometry, edited records cannot be submitted from the field app. The feature layer must be set to allow updates to both attributes and geometry. See ENH-000158733 for more information.Workaround
Use the ArcGIS Survey123 web app to submit the survey or switch the edit setting from 'Attributes Only' to 'Attributes and Geometry'.
