Unable to sign in to Portal for ArcGIS in ArcGIS Pro with OpenID Connect (OIDC) using Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) provider. The issue also occurs with Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) authentication.

Workaround

1. Use the Microsoft Edge browser as the default browser on Windows with ArcGIS Pro running.
2. Create a Microsoft Edge profile (edge://settings/profiles).
3. In ArcGIS Pro, navigate to Settings > Portals.
4. Sign in using the browser.

Note: The workaround does not work with Google Chrome as the standard operating system browser because Google Chrome only allows profiles with google accounts.
