Unable to run the Plan Routes analysis when the 'Routes begin at stops' pin point is not in the current map extent of the web app when the option 'Show option to use the current map extent' is not checked.

Workaround

Check the check box for the option 'Show option to use the current map extent' in the widget settings, and when using the analysis in the web app, uncheck the check box for 'Use current map extent'.
