Utilizing an item's URL containing an organization short URL or name different than the logged-in account's organization, attempt to authenticate using the existing credentials into the URL's organization and not be able to. Modifying the URL to utilize the logged-in account's organization short URL instead retains the logged-in account's information.Workaround
While signed into the account, search for the content by modifying the ID of the item in the URL of the organization (for example: https://essorg.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=c66fe3e5d16043e4bde748af2e84ecf5) or manually search for Historical Topo Map Explorer (beta) in the search bar of ArcGIS Online.
