Starting at ArcGIS Monitor 2024.0, agents are required on all monitored hosts, which will significantly change the way the account used to perform monitoring is authenticated.Workaround
- Do not use special characters in the account password to avoid error messages. Examples of special characters include: ¤ : ; " ' > < & # $ `
- Install ArcGIS Monitor Agent on the target machine and register with ArcGIS Monitor Server. The host is now automatically registered as a component.
