Unable to refresh inbox in ArcGIS Survey123 when working offline and using a pop-up link to edit an existing submission.

Workaround

• Create two buttons; one button that is able to update the inbox automatically and one button that is unable to do so where it can be used in offline environments.
• Remove the 'update-true' parameter and ensure the users refresh the inbox at the beginning of the day.
