This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer. If the issue occurs, contact Esri Support Services as additional information is required for further investigation.Workaround
Use Map Viewer Classic.
- In the Contents pane, navigate to the layer's properties and click Manage Labels.
- Set the dimension of the label to be visible and click the Pencil icon to edit the label expression.
- Delete the space before the name on the first row and click OK.
- Navigate to the Print button and select one any of the two options (Map or Map with Legend).
The label displays on the exported map.
