ArcGIS API for JavaScript version 3.18 is in mature support and no longer receives software updates or patches. Upgrade to a newer version of ArcGIS API for JavaScript. This issue does not occur in ArcGIS API for JavaScript versions 3.20 and above. On line 18, select 3.18 and change it to 3.20.
