Unable to open a shared link in the ArcGIS Field Maps mobile app when opened directly from the Gmail mobile app.

This issue is not reproducible in the current versions of ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Field Maps. Contact Esri Support Services if the issue persists.

Workaround

  • Use the default Mail mobile app on the iOS device.
  • Copy the link from the Gmail mobile app and paste the link into a browser instead of directly clicking the link (This works for Safari on iOS devices and Google Chrome on Android devices, but not Google Chrome on iOS devices).
