Use Conda to install the latest version of a package that is compatible with the environment using 'conda install reportlab'. In this case from the Python command prompt, Conda installs the Reportlab 3.5.67 for ArcGIS Pro 3.2.2 and 3.6.13 for ArcGIS Pro 3.3. For ArcGIS Pro 3.4.0, the reportlab package must be available from the Package Manager and have the corrected documentation links.Workaround
Use the Python Command Prompt to install the ReportLab package using the 'PIP Install' command.
