This is a known limitation for locators built with the Create Address Locator tool. Please use the Create Locator tool with the StreetAddress role instead.Workaround
Use the Create Locator tool in ArcGIS Pro. Set the role type to Street Address. The locators created with the Create Locator tool cannot be used locally in ArcMap. Publish it to ArcGIS Enterprise or a standalone ArcGIS Server and add via an ArcGIS Server connection to ArcMap.Schritte zur Reproduzierung
