Unable to edit or add new features to a related table in a connected editing workflow with Collector for ArcGIS 10.3.3 (iOS) and later, when there is a map service in the web map that has pop-ups enabled.

Use one of the following workarounds:- Disable pop-ups on the map service, or do not utilize the map service.
- Publish the map service as a feature service with only query enabled.
