Unable to edit a record in the ArcGIS Survey 123 web app as the 'Editing' pane loads and disappears instantaneously.

Workaround
- Double-click the values in the Survey123 website table, and edit the existing data.
- Edit the data in Map Viewer or in a web app.
- Open the ArcGIS Survey123 hosted feature layer in ArcGIS Online, and click the individual points to edit the individual records. This workaround may change some formats.
