Unable to disable the sync on a feature layer when it is used as a replica in existing offline map areas after approving the notification.

Workaround

Remove the replicas through the REST directory as mentioned in the following article: https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/faq-is-it-possible-to-disable-the-sync-capability-after-000013423.
