Unable to delete the Open Data site page in the Open Data Site Editor if the page is deleted through ArcGIS Online.

Workaround

References to the Pages deleted through the ArcGIS.com interface can be removed manually from the Site application JSON. This is done programmatically or through unsupported applications such as Postman or ArcGIS Online Assistant.
