The Capital Project Tracking solution is configured with filters that determine whether features are visible. The solution is supposed to be deployed along with the Capital Project Planning solution. Both solutions use the Infrastructure Projects hosted feature layer as the core layer for hosting data. Data added to this layer is visible in the web maps of the Capital Project Planning solution. Features only show the Capital Project Tracking solution content if specific fields contain specific values.
