Unable to add an ArcGIS Online WFS service to Portal for ArcGIS when the portal is configured to use HTTPS only.

Workaround
Force the ArcGIS Online WFS request to use CORS by setting the Online WFS service server as a Trusted Server. For example:An online WFS item is <a href="https://proddemo1.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=1366d30fe5374e4d9e7620ea1a5b1c6a" target="_blank">https://proddemo1.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=1366d30fe5374e4d9e7620ea1a5b1c6a</a>The WFS service URL is <a href="https://dservices8.arcgis.com/gjGdvVTLGZvsJP8O/arcgis/services/Airports/WFSServer?service=wfs&request=getcapabilities" target="_blank">https://dservices8.arcgis.com/gjGdvVTLGZvsJP8O/arcgis/services/Airports/WFSServer?service=wfs&request=getcapabilities</a>1. Login to Portal for ArcGIS as an admin.2. Navigate to Organization>Edit Settings>Security.3. Under the Trusted Servers section, add the WFS service server to the list of configured servers. For example: <a href="https://dservices8.arcgis.com" target="_blank">https://dservices8.arcgis.com</a>4. Save this change.5. User are able to add the ArcGIS Online WFS service to the Portal via Content and Map Viewer.NOTE: This works if the WFS Server supports CORS.Schritte zur Reproduzierung
