Unable to add a KML file to ArcGIS Web AppBuilder in Portal using the Add Data Widget, returns an error message, “Unable to load KML: Internal KML parser error.”

Workarounds:

1. Add the KML file to Contents.
2. Open the web app, click the Add Data widget, and click search.
3. Search for the KML file uploaded and add it to the web app. The data is added without any issue.
