Travel time and distance increases between two points in an OD cost matrix analysis layer if additional points are added when using a travel mode with modified parameters and hierarchy is on.

This issue is non reproducible on the latest version of the software. If this issue still persists, contact Esri Support Services and reference this defect's record number.Workaround
- Used the OD cost matrix solver on ArcMap and confirmed that the issue does not take place there.
- Use the ready to use OD cost matrix solver on ArcGIS Online. However, this analysis method uses credits and loses the functionality or customability.
