Transformation fails when two basemaps of different projections are added in ArcMap 10.5.1.

Add the basemaps using Add Data > Add Data from ArcGIS Online. In this case, the transformation is applied during the first attempt, when the warning comes up and the basemaps align.Schritte zur Reproduzierung
