Bug

To invoke the GetCapabilities request of the Download Service with the version parameter set to 2 or 2.0, the values are not valid. The response is valid for the GetCapabilities request for version 2.0.0. When the GetCapabilities request is updated and the service is started, the response for the GetCapabilities request does not reflect the updates because the cached files for the version parameter 2 or 2.0 are not automatically updated.
