There are display issues when accessing ArcGIS Monitor via a remote desktop.

Workaround

For labeling, it is possible to label the component when accessing ArcGIS Monitor via Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) by selecting the individual component:

1. Go to Monitoring > Components > All Components.
2. Select the Component requires a label, apply a label selecting Labels left of the screen.

Freezing behavior occurs when attempting to label one or more components from Monitoring>Components.

ArcGIS Monitor works as expected when accessing it from a local web browser.
