The 'Keep track of created and updated features' option on a hosted feature layer is disabled after the associated hosted tile layer is deleted.

- Delete the map tile service.
- Enable the Sync option on the hosted feature layer, then click Save.
- Refresh the web page.
The 'Keep track of created and updated features' option is no longer disabled.
