The webgisdr tool incorrectly returns the following error message, "Failed to restore the ArcGIS Server" when the services URL is ArcGIS Web Adaptor.

Duplicate of BUG-000150335: This is a duplicate of BUG-000150335. The restoration of federated servers with additional server functions may fail while the hosting server is being restored.Workaround
Set the admin URL of the hosting server to 6443 and validate the servers with additional roles before restoring. Set the admin URL back to the original URL after the restore if need be.Schritte zur Reproduzierung
