Bug

The Voronoi map selection tool does not clear previously selected features from the ArcMap data view before selecting a new feature (that is, the map does not refresh between one selection and the next). The selection cursor is also wrong (the +1 symbol should only appear when Ctrl key is held down to select more than one feature).
