The Synchronize Mosaic Dataset tool does not update the Multidimensional tab of the mosaic dataset when running with the Update Existing Items option disabled and the Refresh Aggregate Information enabled.

Workaround

Run the Synchronize Mosaic Dataset tool with Update Existing Items option disabled and the Refresh Aggregate Information enabled in ArcGIS Pro 2.0.1.
