The symbols' color of CAD data in the Contents pane does not match the color visible on the map, and the 'Line width' value is visible as '0.1 m'.

Workaround

For every symbol with 'Line width' set as '0,1 m', manually change it to the value '1,5 m' (the '1 pt' value is not preserved or saved), and the corresponding color of the symbol in the Contents pane will change to the expected color, in this case, red - R:255, G:0, B:0.
