The surveys displayed is changed when multiple languages are set up in the survey.

Workaround

1. Remove the default language setting in the .xls form and also remove the language code. For example, label::日本語 versus label::日本語 (ja), after removing (ja) and republish the .xls form, the survey works without truncation. Note that removing the language code may cause the form to break, and it is a risk to use this method as a workaround. When publishing the form without the language code, a warning is returned, but it should not be a problem to publish the survey.
2. Limit the languages to one in the form without specifying the default language.
